Refund.

I can not understand why ebay tells me i can not get a full refund to my pourchasse after my order failled to reach me.. i bought from ebay and i feel they should be the ones to refund me in Full. Asking as i got a mail saying my order aint covered by ebay money refund.

si votre achat n'est pas couvert par ebay... il n'y aura pas de remboursement... c'est dans le réglement du site.
