Wrong adress

Hi all,

I've just got an item on ebay UK, while I'm in France. Seller says he has a shipping address in UK, what of course is totally wrong, since I live in France.

After contacting ebay, he says he can only ship to THIS wrong address.

I cannot get help from ebay since the item is now flagged 'shipped' and all I can do is now WAIT for something that will NEVER reach me.

Is there a way to contact ebay thru phone, e-mail or something else that just the ridiculous options they provide ?
