j'ai laissé, sous effet de la deception une evaluation negative , mais après reflexion (et un courrier du vendeur ) mon evaluation est injustifiée car la faute ne peux être retenue contre le vendeur: le colis a été vidé de son contenu (douane, poste ou autres!!)... comment puis-je revenir sur mon évaluation merci de nous aider moi et ce pauvre vendeur!

I do not understand why you would post negative feedback for our company when it was discovered that the pinstripe brush was lost or removed from the package that was sent to you. The first we were aware of this was with your feedback.
It is certainly customary in the U.S. to notify the company that there was a problem with the order and allow them to take the necessary action to fix the problem, especially if the problem was not caused by them in the first place.
We are very proud of our 100% positive rating and feel your posting of our first negative is astounding and most undeserved in light of an obvious mail carrier error.
I am hopeful that we would be able to assume a normal course of business, allow our company to fix the problem by sending you another pinstripe brush to replace the missing one and for you to retract the negative feedback, replacing with a well deserved positive one.
Please let me know if this is an acceptable arrangement for you.
