No refund from seller

Bonsoir, I`ve bought some items from French seller, but items weren`t sent and no refund for a long time... But unfortunatly already 90 day is passed...

What I have to do? How to report about it case?

It is too late to raise a claim through eBay

The best should be to send a mail to the seller

But - as the seller doesn't accept a Paypal payment,  how did you pay for your auction ? By bank transfert ? by postal money order ?
