Shipping info / Returns
Hobby Evolution wants nothing more than your satisfaction with your purchase through us. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase through us and your item is New, Unused, and in the Package you may return the item within 30days for a refund or store credit. Prior to returning any merchandise you must contact us first and be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Without an RMA # your return process may be prolonged.
Warranty Claims / Defective Merchandise
All Warranty claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of the product in question. We cannot provide refunds for any defective or used product. If the manufacturer does not handle your warranty claim to your satisfaction then contact us and we will help you out to the best of our ability.
