Hello,

I received the parcel this morning, BUT when I opened it the box was EMPTY. No computer no other item no charger, really nothing inside the box. Extremely strange. I never had this problem with Ebay since I buy things. The weight of the parcel when you put it at the Australian post was 2110g but when I received the parcel at the post of Luxembourg the weight was 781g; Of course when I opened the box it was EMPTY. I payed a custom taxe of 92.83 euros applied by the Luxembourg custom.

So I am going to ask a refund for the computer, shipping and custom.

You are going to have a big problem because eBay or paypal disputes only take care of the delivery.

However, your package has been delivered, whether it is empty or full ....

I hope that you have notified your Post Office that the weight of the package on arrival was different from that on departure ... and that there would have been disappearance between Australia and Luxembourg.

Your seller must file a claim with his carrier for this disappearance and refund you. Contact your seller and see with him...

Vous croyez que remettre indéfiniment le même lien indiquant les différents sites de eBay... va rendre service au demandeur alors que dans votre liste le Luxembourg ne parait pas...???

et qu'il ne s'agit pas de la réponse qu'il peut attendre pour sa question.... ???

Je me pose la question à chaque fois que je vois ce lien...
