I don´t understand

dear e bay,

I put my items out on an English speaking site  and get a French one back! I  am afraid I don't understand much.

I have a buyer for some of the items and we would like to finish the purchase.

First: this is my first contact with e Bay and I don't understand how I receive the adress and how I get the money.

Second: I don´t understand much French ( that why I didn't sell it on French eBay) and would need English translations please.  

Also I would like to sell for 20 USD / year. My buyer would like to buy 7 years ( 140 USD)  So I would like to change my advert after this and keep it. How do I do this.?
