Seller doubts... Right or not?

Hello, I bought two items at auction from: [Username] (a lot of jewelry).
I read a lot of positive comments, but the seller asked me to pay for the second lot (which I did right away)
The problem is that the seller is no longer responding, and the status of the lots still shows “paid” but no response, no shipping...
Being new to eBay, can you give me all the possible advice on how to go after the seller and all the info like the eBay customer service email (complaints, etc)... Hoping not to start with a bad experience on eBay, I thank you for helping and guiding me, thank you..
