Hello to the whole community, I bought an item for €24.90 with PayPal on August 28, and the same day I received a refund of the €24.90. So far so good. I realize that the next day, August 29, I was charged again €24.90 However, I was charged on my bank account and not on PayPal. I contacted the seller and he suggested I contact eBay. It's impossible to know how to reach them by phone to explain my case. Thanks to the whole team if you have any news to unblock the situation.

If you make a purchase and then afterward you are refunded (without asking for it), that is not normal.
From what you explain, in the end, you were indeed charged only once.
