What can I do out a seller who lies and claims you asked to cancel a sale?

Yesterday I made an offer for several items to a seller who sent a counter offer for the items which I accepted. I was bidding on several other objects for which he had not activated offers so I did not pay immeadiately waiting for the others to end today.

The seller told eBay I had asked to cancel the sale but never sent me any messages or requests.

Ebay went ahead believed the sod and cancelled the sales for the reason that the buyer wanted to annul the transaction which of course is completely false.

The seller has immeadiately put the items up on resale at higher prices.

If I as a buyer lied aand said the seller wanted to cancel a transaction because I did not want to pay then rightly so eBay would ask the seller... The proceedure is clear a seller MUST send a request to eBay to cancel a transaction which is then presented to the buyer to accept or refuse. What the hell happened here!

IN this case the seller has no excuse, he has busted a sale diliberately and lied to eBay. This is especailly true since it as his offer I accepted NOT my offer for these items. I cannot even give this most reprehensible seller a bad feedback because according to ebAY these sales being annulled by agreement (what agreement) no longer exist so do not have feedback!

I am a very active buyer, spending over 50000 a year on eBay buying hundreds of items. I have never seen eBay do this in 10 years before. What is going on?

Desole j'etais sur la site angalis quand ces annulations ont arrives! Puis j'avais faites mon question en angalis sans de savoir il etait envoyer apres au site communite francaise (je suis Angalis habite en France dupuis 1988).

Vous avez un compte inscrit en France.... mais vous vous expliquez en Anglais...

déjà, cela ne se fait pas.... sur un forum Français, on communique en Français;.. sur un forum étranger, on communique en anglais éventuellement..

Avez " pensé" à contacter votre vendeur et lui expliquer ce que vous voulez...???

Il se peut que ce vendeur... voyant la localisation de votre compte a jugé bon de ne pas continuer s'il sait d'avance que pour le moment, il ne peut pas envoyer.. ( ex/ difficultés entre US et europe par ex... )

Je pense que dans votre histoire... il y a un gros problème de communication et de méli-mélo avec l'origine de votre compte et votre langage...

Mais, bien entendu, je peux me tromper...

En effet la vendeur etais confus par mes achats d'un site eBay etranger et parceque il ne envoye pas les colis au etranger il a trouver un facon de annule mes achats. Heursement j'avais contacte lui et apres il a compris je suis en France il a agree de completer ces transactions avec un achat immediate de ces lots remis en vente. J'avais acheter et payer il y a dix minutes puis maintenant toute est bon.

Hello- frustrating at best a seller failed to respond to undetermined costs for shipping costs though I emailed 4 times.

He/she/idiot cancelled the "Buy Now" deal and also refused to ship the item.

Cancelled the sale before I could render payment and STILL demands payment for what the SELLER CANCELLED!!!

Now I get dogged every 2 hours to pay now to finalize the purchase and the  thing isn't even in my cart! I can't even pay for the item as wanted to - BECAUSE THE SELLER CANCELLED THE PURCHASE!

the seller has no history - no ratings - no nada.

ebay makes it impossible to do good business as there is not a direct complaint line to get this mark off my record that I don't deserve because of some lame dip who is obviously hoping for free money for nothing

AND have a "non-payed" on my 100% PERFECT BUY HISTORY!?!??!
