Who takes responsibility when a salesman after being paid just refunds the money with "sorry I sold the item two months before"?
The salesman or the E Bay? What this means for the credibility of the system?

The seller refund.....
You got your money back ...
No one owes anything to anyone anymore ...
So everything is fine ... except the disappointment which is not quantifiable in money ...!

Bon, d' accord mais Il a ccpte la commande et apres deux jours reagit disant que etais vendu deux mois au prvant. Si etait vendu deux mois avant pourquoi il l avait sur terrain comme "a vandre"?

peut-être a-t-il oublié de supprimer l'annonce sur ebay ou il ne savait pas comment la retirer (ça arrive), je comprends votre déception mais vous ne pouvez rien y faire...
