Who takes responsibility when a salesman after being paid just refunds the money with "sorry I sold the item two months before"?
The salesman or the E Bay? What this means for the credibility of the system?

The seller refund.....
You got your money back ...
No one owes anything to anyone anymore ...
So everything is fine ... except the disappointment which is not quantifiable in money ...!
