hello~ please help me :) buying problems

i bought 3 same items by accident and i asked seller if they could remove 2 of them because i wanted to buy only one. When they removed it, i couldn't purchase some other items on ebay. it said that i haven't pay for 2 items in one month, which was removed (i think). it says 'You are not authorized to purchase this item. This item is not available for members who received 2 warning (s) for non-payment of an object or more over the last 1 month (s).Contact the seller for more information or search for similar items proposed by other buyers .' could it be because i bought it but haven't payed it for almost a month because i had some problems with paypal. BUT last week i tried paying for all of them. BUT some sellers said that the item is not avaible anymore. NOW i wanted to buy stuff but i can't. 😞 please help me. what should i do?

You should :

- Resolve all the problems you may still have on your current eBay ID, then cancel it.

- Start again with a new "virgin" ID (erridk2, for example),

- Link this new eBay ID with your Paypal account,

- Learn french ;

- Prior bidding, ask french sellers, in french, if they'd accept to deal with a "0 feedback" member,

- With foreign sellers, ask in english ; that should do.

- Stop doing stupid things, as buying 3 times the same item, except if you really want 3 of them.

- Pay at once for all the items you buy...
