Correction of eBay fee after partial refund to the buyer?

Hello,

How can I ask eBay.FR to correct my fee after I partially refunded shipping cost to the buyer? Before I was able to send message or use chat and ask to correct my invoice.

Where is that button now on French eBay site?

Unfortunately eBay does not track PayPal refunds automatically.

It's not possible on ebay.fr.

Changes has to be made before payment.
