Probleme avec les US traduction !

Bonsoir, J'ai participe et emporté une enchere sur un objet mis en vente depuis les US . le vendeur souhaite payement par Paypal. j'ai effectué le paiment ! et j'ai tout d'abord recu un message paypal me disant que le vendeur avez refusé mon paiment !!... puis Le lendemain , j'ai recu ceci !! que je ne parviens pas à dechiffrer de facon suffisament sure !! Quelqu'un peut il m'aidé et me traduire le message ??? Par avance merci !! <<<< OK I think I understand what happened here. Obviously I denied your payment. Did you pay with a credit card? PP wants me to change from a personal acct to biz acct. I do not qualify for biz acct, to small. This has never happened before so I am still trying to figure it out. I accept payment by PayPal. Did you pay by another means??? Thanks. Suzanne I talked to PayPal this morning. They said to please ask you, the buyer, to resubmit payment through your PayPal account, not by credit card. Only with a business account with PP can a seller accept credit card payments. Since I have a personal account I can only accept payments from your PP account. Thank you. On évite d'acheter dans un pays dont on ne connait pas la langue, ou très peu. En clair il ne peut pas accepter ton payement paypal car il à un compte simple et pas un compte "affaire". En faisant simple tu peu le payer par paypal si ton compte est approvisionné, pas si tu utilise paypal comme terminal de payement pour carte bancaire et il insiste: "Since I have a personal account I can only accept payments from your PP account".
