Permis d'export pour l'angleterre ???

Bonjour, 

Je viens de gagner une enchère sur une amulette d'Egypte ancienne chez un vendeur professionnel Ebay. 

Mais je viens de recevoir cette réponse : 

If required , your export licence application to The Museums,
Libraries and Archives Council has been made. We will despatch your order
as soon as we receive your permit. Under British law an export permit is
required for all coins and antiquities over 50 years old found in UK soil,
and all antiquities if the destination is outside of the European Union.
If required, we make your application free of charge. Although this results
in a delay, this export document ensures that your item is exported legally,
and is an additional guarantee that your item is 100% authentic as described.
As a law abiding company, we are obligated to apply for an export permit
on your behalf, as per our terms on our "about this site" page":

Je ne comprends pas vraiment quoi faire... Ce permis est-il obligatoire pour les particuliers également ???

Ton vendeur précise "if the destination is outside of the European Union".
Envoie lui donc un message en lui précisant qu'en tant qu'acheteur français, tu n'es pas assujetti à cette obligation.
