hello following a dispute with an eBay seller, the dispute ended in my favor. I got confirmation of the refund from eBay. The seller is no longer responding so I can send the product back. What should I do? He was supposed to send me the return label, which I haven't received. thanks in advance for your reply. kind regards

Problem with shipping to France
Hello I live in France and I can't order anything that is shipped with eBay International Shipping. I don't know why. If I try to pay there is a message saying the seller doesn't ship to France and that is false (I contacted the sellers). The American sellers cannot send the order to France. Can somebody tell me why? I will ask the seller to use USPS or something else. Thank you.

I can no longer pay via PayPal, it charges the card directly. Maybe I made a mistake, because for the past 15 days the pages have been opening in English!

refund process
Hello I bought a motorcycle part on Ebay for the 1st time with the correct reference, except the part wasn't the right one. I contacted Ebay to let them know it wasn't the right part, and they replied telling me to get in touch with the seller, which I did; I informed the seller, explaining my return of the part. The seller tells me to send the part back and that I would be fully refunded. To this day, he wants to hear nothing about it and no longer wants to refund me. What should I do to get refunded?

Abusive refund refusal.
I placed an order for an item worth €17.99 and paid via Paypal. The order was placed and immediately I received a message from the seller through Ebay saying that he no longer had that item? He also said he didn't have the option to cancel the order? Ebay is asking me to sort this problem out directly with the seller by message. Reply: impossible to cancel the order. Nothing about the refund? Since then Ebay keeps redirecting me to this seller and now he gives as the reason "the order will not arrive on time". What should I make of this, how much trust should I have in Ebay, which usually settled disputes of this kind quickly...???
