Colis USPS égaré en Italie

Bonjour,

Voila j'attend un colis, je vois qu'il est en italie, a milan, si vous pouviez d'aider. Je ne parle pas italien, j'ai mailer la poste italienne, mais pas de reponse. Je pense a une erreur genre italie au lieu de france sur l'adresse. Une etiquette dechirer, je ne comprend pas et je veux pas croire a une arnaque du vendeur.
