suivi international UPAAB

Bonjour,

j'ai acheter un objet auprés d'un vendeur aux USA, et j'ai semble t'il déjà payer les frais d'importation.

aujourd'hui j'ai voulu faire le suivi avec le numéro indiqué par le vendeur, dans la rubrique suivre le colis.

il s'agit d'un numéro commençant par UPAAB et toute une sérié de chiffre, mais je voulais savoir comment utiliser ce numéro car le nom du transporteur n'est pas indiqué.UPS, USPS, Fedex? ou bien les informations sont elles mises à jour sur ebay en temps réels?

si l'un d'entre vous connait la ou les réponses je suis a votre écoute

Regrettably this system is all too obscure and all too complicated.

I am expecting a parcel that was mailed to me on some 10 days ago. I have no idea as to where it is now, or when I can expect to receive it. I have no idea as to who is responsible for the shipping. I have no idea as to who to approach to ask about my parcel. If Ebay decides to subcontract shipping to and organisation that further subcontracts the shipping service ... (which is what seems to be the case) then Ebay itself should ensure that buyers are kept fully informed about their purchases.  

I have been supplied with a mythical tracking number but have no instructions as to how to put it to use. 

A real pity, because on so many other issues, Ebay has shown itself to be a remarkably beneficial organisation.

Why spoil Ebay's good reputation and excellent image with such confusion?
