achat aux USA et probleme adresse livraison paypal!

Bonjour,

voila j ai acheté un pc portable HP Tablet PC TC4400.Laptop.Notebook.#Core 2 DuoT5600# Numéro de l'objet : 200141813325

et le vendeur m envoie un mail comme quoi il y a un probleme avec mon adresse je crois , mais je ne suis pas fort en anglais lol. alors j ai changé mon adresse de livraison sur paypal car c vrai qu elle differait de celle de ma carte bleu vu que j ai demenagé. j ai renvoyé plusieur mail pour confirmé mon changement d adresse mais pas de reponse, cela fait  3jours. que dois-je faire??
