Delivery left to an individual at a wrong address

Hello, I ordered an item from USA to United Arab Emirates. While I was checking the position of the parcel, I saw that the parcel has been delivered/left to an individual at Glendale Heights in IL (it is supposed to be delivered in Dubai). On eBay, the item is still on transit... I am worrying about my delivery. Do you know is it is just normal? Is there an eBay international hub in Glendale Heights? Thanks in advance for your advices.

Merci beaucoup. Je ne m'inquiète pas spécialement pour le délai mais ayant vu livraison à une personne à Glendale Heights hier, je me suis dis que mon colis avait été livré à la mauvaise personne.
