I am contacting you regarding my order **[Référence]** (paid via Apple Pay on July 4). The order total was €629.46, which already included €104.91 VAT for import under the IOSS scheme (see attached screenshot from the order details).
Now DHL customs is requesting VAT payment again, which leads to a double charge. It appears that the IOSS number was not forwarded correctly in the customs declaration.
Could you please:
1. Confirm that VAT was indeed collected at checkout under IOSS.
2. Contact DHL (if possible) to ensure they have the correct IOSS declaration.
3. Advise on steps to obtain a refund or compensation if I end up paying VAT twice.
