Evay blocked my account and i wait my money

I have sell my first item and ebay blocked my back account for no reason becouse i have write the ammount you have take in my account. I dont know what to do, i have sent ebay all the neccesary information, pdf of all my account back but it is still not ok becouse i havent receive the money yet. Im not sure what the real oroblem is, maybe becouse i have a different name on ebay(nicname) but my passaport and my nickel accout are the same. If u can explain me what to do now couse i need the money. The byer write that the item is in his hand, but my money yet. Can you please help me with something concret and a real solution?

You must contact them during business hours and request a call back.
