Hello,
I bought a reconditioned laptop from a professional seller on eBay.fr. It **bleep** with a one-year guarantee. I bought it in April 2024, and it stopped working in November 2024. I requested a return and refund from the seller and paid for the return postage to Paris. The seller claims it was damaged in the post and will not offer a refund. Because the purchase was more than 90 days ago, I cannot pursue an escalation to eBay support. How can I get eBay to step in?

Le délai de litige sur ebay c'est 30jrs date de livraison : aucun recours sur le site ensuite...
C'est donc uniquement entre vous et le vendeur désormais.
