Need buyers information

I sold an item to USA lately and need buyer's ID information, full address, VAT, phone N°, etc. for thé customs.

Already asked through eBay msg system but nothing received yet, not sure eBay let personal information go through.

Besides this thé shipment to USA is quite expensive for a 13kg package 140€. Buyer paid 50€.

In case of non response I will cancel thé transaction.
