Bonjour,

Suite a un achat, le vendeur me demande une évaluation positive pour soit disant débloquer l argent envoyé par paypal car sinon il peut pas finir l ordre d envoie, se que je refuse tant que j ai pas reçu le colis !

Qu'es que je doit donc faire svp ?

Can you please do me a favor? Paypal says that the
money you sent is PENDING, which means i can not
finish the order to send out. If you would PLEASE
just give me a positive feedback, they may release
the funds so i can ship the Sabers to you.If not I
dont know how long i will have to wait to get the
funds you sent.

C'est au vendeur de livrer au plus vite pour avoir l'argent débloqué. Ne cède pas à son chantage, c'est justement la nouvelle procédure paypal pour éviter les vendeurs qui encaissent et disparaissent.

I have a HUGE issue with Paypal at the moment.
First of all (see stuff below)..i refuse to have
paypal "Hold" funds till i get 20+ feedback. Thats
insane! I have plans for the funds you sent.
Shipping to you is #1 of course, however even when
i get ONE positive, i cant get the funds...I have
a Card ON FILE with paypal..No bank, as I dont use
them. So i will refund your money, i am sorry for
the inconvenience..but i aint gonna wait to sell
19 more items to satisfy paypals paranoia. Please
see PENDING below and read up on paypals funds
availability policy. I hope you understand. I will
be relisting the item and ask for Postal money
orders ONLY, to hell with Paypal. PLEASE let me
know when you receive your refund, as I want to
make sure you get it before I proceed.
