cancellation of a sale

Is it possible to cancel the sale of my furniture that I placed on ebay on the 28th April.? I placed the furniture either for immediate sale or by auction. Last night one person placed a bid on one of the pieces, but so far, no-one on the second offer. The auction was for 7 days.
