Cancelation of a bid for false reasons

I placed a bid and was really commited to proceed till the end. The description of the sale did not contain restrictions regarding delivery outside of Germany, however, in the middle of the process the seller added a comment that he would not ship anywhere otside of Germany. I pointed out to him through a message that his behavior is likely to be unfair. I return he canceled my bid stating that my identity could not be verified, although I have  100% positive rating on Ebay.

What shall I do to fix the situation?

Vous êtes sur le forum ebay FRANCE....

= rien à y faire, le vendeur est libre de vendre à qui il veut et de fixer ses conditions de vente (il aurait très bien pu annuler la transaction après la fin des enchères).
