Dear eBay Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the recent compromise of my eBay account in December. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for support, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance.
Not only was my account hacked, but the unauthorized party also made several purchases, including computer games costing me lots of money, and even sold Windows software using my account. The financial and emotional distress this has caused me is significant.
Instead of receiving proper support, I am continually sent automated responses that do nothing to address my issue. This lack of attention and support from your team is simply unacceptable.
I demand that you immediately address this issue by:
Refunding the money that was stolen from my account.
Blocking my account from further unauthorized access.
Removing any restrictions currently placed on my account.
Additionally, I request to speak directly with a senior representative to ensure that my concerns are heard and resolved promptly.
Furthermore, I ask that you cease sending me messages in French, as I do not speak the language. This only adds to my frustration and hinders effective communication.
I have been a loyal eBay user for over 20 years, with hundreds of transactions and a 100% positive feedback rating. This long-standing relationship and my impeccable track record deserve much better treatment.
Should I not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, I will have no choice but to seek legal action and publicize my experience across various media platforms.
I expect a prompt and professional response.
