I'm new here and I don't understand one thing. Why sellers don't announce immediately when starting the auction that they don't ship to a foreign country (EU). I've only ever seen one! Others all have: "See item description or contact seller for more information on shipping options." In most cases, the answer is not sent (but why isn't it written?!). Or I will send, but the offers have been made and can no longer be changed (which is even worse). Has it always been like this or am I doing/understanding something wrong? Thanks!
